New

  • NewClick New and message box will be shown.
  • NewChoose
    if you want to close the message box.
  • NewChoose if you want to proceed to creating a new template.
  • NewFormat dialog will be shown.
  • NewChoose your format, or enter custom size.
  • NewSelect orientation.
  • New Click SET and you are ready to create your template.

Draw

  • DrawClick Draw and you will acitivate the brush tool on the right side.
  • DrawSelect the color you want to have on the with the color input, or insert the RGB code or Hex code.
  • DrawSet the width on the brush tool .
  • DrawSet the width with horizontal-scroll, or insert your width value in the input.
  • Draw Now you are ready for drawing.

Images

Open an existing folder or create new one.

  • ImageClick on Images
  • ImageOn the right, a sidebar with folders will open.
  • ImageClick on the folder you need.
  • ImageOr create a new folder with clicking on
  • ImageInsert folder name, and click to save the folder.
  • ImageSelect or edit your image.
  • ImageYou can crop your image with clicking on edit image.
  • Image You are done! You can now use your image in a template!

Image upload

You have the option for uploading images from your computer.

  • Image UploadYou need first to open folder and than you can upload images
  • Image UploadClick on this icon
  • Image UploadSelect the image you want to upload
  • Image Upload Your image is uploaded and saved!

I-Text, Text-box

  • TextUse text in your template.
  • TextClick on i-Text, and the text area will be inserted.
  • TextThe text can be written in the text area or on the right side in the Text edit menu
  • TextWe have functionality to edit parts from text.
  • TextThe parts can be edited with: Change color, set backgroud, set stroke, underline, line trought, overline, or make the text bold, italic or insert bullet, and you can also change the font size.
  • TextI-text text container is resizeable
  • TextText box has the same properties like i-Text, except that it is not resizeable.
  • Text You have inserted your text!

Insert page

You can have a template with more than one page!

  • PageClick on Page.
  • PageOn the left top side, a page navigator will appear.
  • PageClick on each page number to navigate through pages.
  • PageThere is also an option for removing pages.
  • Page Add or remove page.

Shape

Insert Shape in your template.

  • ShapeClicking on Shape will open the shapes window.
  • ShapeSelect the shape that you want for your template.
  • ShapeThe Shape will be inseted in the template.
  • Shape Now you have your Shape.

Select

  • SelectSelect mode is using for object interaction.
  • SelectYou can enter into Select mode with clicking on Select or clicking outside from the canvas.
  • SelectMultiple objects can be selected.
  • Select Everything can be selected now.

Delete

Everything that is added on the template can be Deleted.

  • DeleteSelect what needs to be deleted.
  • DeleteClick Delete.
  • DeleteThe application will ask you "Are you sure" if you are than click
  • DeleteYou can use the delete button from the keyboard to delete the object immediately.
  • DeleteYou can undo what is deleted by pressing CTRL+Z.
  • Delete Easily Delete stuff that you don't like.

Save Template

Save your Template.

  • Save TemplateWhen you are done click Save.
  • Save TemplateEnter the template name.
  • Save TemplateA window will pop up with confirmation that the template is saved.
  • Save TemplateClick
  • Save Template The template is now Saved!

Advanced

You can use JSON to load template.

  • AdvancedA new tab will open with a click on JSON output, you need to copy the JSON code.
  • AdvancedInsert the JSON code in 'Load from JSON' and click
  • AdvancedA window will pop up with confirmation that the template is saved.
  • AdvancedClick
  • Advanced The template is now loaded.

Upload font

Use the font that you need in your template.

  • Upload fontInstall the font that you need for the template from your computer.
  • Upload fontIn Advanced, Click Upload font
  • Upload fontSelect the font that you need and click Open.
  • Upload fontA window will pop up with confirmation that the font is uploaded.
  • Upload fontNow you can use the font from Text edit menu.
  • Upload font The font can be used in a template now.

Brush Tool/Draw

Click on Draw

  • Draw/Brush ToolYou can change the color on the brush toll.
  • Draw/Brush ToolSelect color from the color input, or insert the RGB code or Hex code.
  • Draw/Brush ToolChoose a color from the Brush panel and click OK.

Group Selection

Group more elements into one.

  • Group SelectionSelect which elements needs to be grouped.
  • Group SelectionClick on and you'll have your elements grouped.

  • Group SelectionThere is an ungroup option for ungrouping.

For better preview you can use Auto Canvas Zoom.

Copy and Paste objects

In your template you can copy and paste your objects.

  • Copy and PasteSelect object, click the Copy icon to copy the selected object.
  • Copy and PasteClick on Paste icon and paste the object.
  • Copy and PastePaste the same object multiple times by clicking the icon several times.
  • Copy and Paste Use auto canvas zoom for complete view of document.

Lock/Unlock all objects.

Lock/Unlock the position of the elements

  • Lock/Unlock ObjectsSelect object, click the Lock all objects icon and lock the object.
  • Lock/Unlock ObjectsThis function prevents moving the object.
  • Lock/Unlock ObjectsClick on icon and unlock all the objects.
  • Lock/Unlock Objects Lock and Unlock your objects.

Align Objects

You have several options for aligning elements:

  • Align ObjectsLeft edges Moves the elements horizontally to line up the left edges.
  • Align ObjectsRight edges Moves the elements horizontally to line up the right edges.
  • Align ObjectsHorizontally Center Moves the elements horizontally to line up their centers.
  • Align ObjectsTop Edges Moves the elements vertically to line up the top edges.
  • Align ObjectsBottom Edges Moves the elements vertically to line up the bottom edges.
  • Align Objects You can control the position of two or more elements in relation to each other. Align option aligns elements using their edges.

Align Objects-Canvas

You have several options for aligning elements to the Canvas

  • Align Objects-CanvasSelect the element that need to be align.
  • Click on and the element will be align to the left.
  • Align Objects-CanvasClick on and the element will be align to the right.
  • Align Objects-CanvasClick on and the element will be align horizontal in center.
  • Align Objects-CanvasClick on and the element will be align vertical in center.
  • Align Objects-CanvasClick on and the element will be align to the top of the template.
  • Align Objects-CanvasClick on and the element will be align to the bottom of the template.
  • Align Objects-Canvas Align your element to the canvas.

Controls

Manipulating Elements

  • ControlsBorders Click on the Borders icon and activate a preview without* borders.
  • ControlsClick the rotation icon. The Rotation tool is on top of rotation tool is on the top of the element, click on the black cursor and rotate the element.
  • ControlsLock movement With the Lock tool, you can lock the position of the selected element. You cannot use the alignment or resize commands if one of the selected element is locked.

    Unlock the element with just one click on the same icon.

  • ControlsActivate Events tool to avoid rotation and scaling on the elements.
  • ControlsWhen centered scaling is selected, the scaling of the object is around the center.
  • Controls Elements can be layered, aligned, rotated, resized, grouped, and locked.

Transform elements

The transform position property lets you rotate, scale, or skew an element.

  • Transform elementsAngle. With this function you can rotate the element, type a number for the rotation or use the scroll option. Positive numbers rotate objects clockwise, negative numbers rotate objects counter-clockwise.
  • Transform elementsScale X. this function is streching the elements horizontally.
  • Transform elementsScale Y. this function is streching the elements vertically.
  • Transform elementsSkew X. the x-axis skew angle, which is measured in degrees counterclockwise from the y-axis.
  • Transform elementsSkew Y. the y-axis skew angle, which is measured in degrees clockwise from the x-axis.

Selection ...

Insert your text

  • SelectionYou need to have a text container selected.
  • SelectionIn the input under Selection ..., the text from the selected text container will appear.
  • SelectionText can be written inside containers, but also can be writen in the Selection input.
  • Selection You can insert your text in the Selection Input.

Font

Use the font that you need in the template.

  • FontAll the fonts that are uploaded are usable.
  • FontChoose/Search the font that needs to be used in the template from the list.
  • FontSelect the font size from the list.
  • FontYou can control the position of the text in the text container with Text alignment.
  • Font Left: moves the text left.
  • Font Right: moves the text right.
  • Font Center: moves the text in center.
  • Font Use diferent fonts and align the text, left, right and in the center.

Select ID for the object

ID

  • Select ID for the object You need to select the text container and set an ID.
  • Select ID for the object In the dropdown menu you can choose the ID name.
  • Select ID for the object Below the dropdown menu, you can set the ID a custom value
  • Select ID for the object Insert your custom ID and click
  • Select ID for the object Every text can have an ID that changes its value

Customize your text

  • Text settingsSelect the text.

Font style

Choose font style for your text

Edit element

Color, background color, stroke color.

Shadow

Shadows are a great way to wrap your content.

  • ShadowSelect the element.
  • Shadow Click on and select what color the shadow should have.
  • ShadowEdit the shadow blur with scrolling
  • ShadowOffset X: You can shift the shadow from left to right.
  • ShadowOffset Y: You can shift the shadow from top to bottom.
  • Shadow Wrap your content in shadow.

Layers

Layer position of the selected element.

  • Layers of selected objectEach object on the canvas has his own layer position.
  • Layers of selected object You can contor the layer positions of each object.
  • Layers of selected objectSend to back: It will move the object to the bottom of the stacking order.
  • Layers of selected objectSend Backward: It will move the object backward by one layer in the stacking order.
